MOM & Work Passes
MOM announced community and family-support initiatives for migrant workers, including a community garden at NESST Tukang Dormitory and parenting workshops for fathers. A long-distance parenting programme for migrant domestic workers is due to begin in November 2026.
URA & Private Property
URA’s flash estimate shows private residential prices rose 1.4% quarter-on-quarter in Q3 2026, compared with 0.5% in Q2. These preliminary figures may change when the full statistics are released.
MOM & Work Passes
Singapore’s total employment grew by 11,400 in Q2 2026, while unemployment remained low. Resident employment growth slowed and retrenchments rose from 3,830 in Q1 to 4,620 in Q2, pointing to uneven conditions despite continued overall growth.
Rental Market
SRX reported broadly stable condo rents in August 2026, while condo rental volume fell 13.6% from July. HDB rents declined 0.7% month-on-month and HDB rental volume fell 9.5%.
